We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include vat rate. Orders to countries outside the EU may/may not be a subject to vat, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect vat, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. I. We deliver to all EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK) free of charge as well us to other countries, charging fee specified at checkout page.
II. Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days since placing an order or receiving payment depending on the type of payment. During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened or damaged. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to email@example.com. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14 calendar day period following delivery.
If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase follow the procedure below:
I. Email and include your order number, a reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
II. Pack your parcel into original box and send the parcel to address below:

III. You will receive an email confirmation once a return is processed. It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account after we receive your parcel. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
