I. We deliver to all EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK) free of charge as well us to other countries, charging fee specified at checkout page. 
II. Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days since placing an order or receiving payment depending on the type of payment. Delivery time varies on the shipping country destination from 1 up to 7 working days. To receive exact delivery date please email us at office@hyggeligstore.com. Email us to get to know about possible quick delivery (24-48h), paid additionally.
III. Order tracking is available in most cases. You can find tracking number and carrier in the delivery email confirmation sent to your email addres. Tracking is available at the courier website.
IV. Please make a thorough check of the received parcel in the presence of the courier. If you spot any damages please make a damage form/report with the courier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened or damaged. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to office@hyggeligstore.com. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14 calendar day period following delivery. 

If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase follow the procedure below:
I. Email office@hyggeligstore.com and include your order number, the reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
II. Pack your parcel into original box and send the parcel to address below:

III. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed. It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account after we receive your parcel.
